Can I cancel anytime?

Updated Jul 5, 2026

Yes. SocialBizHub has no long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime — there's no notice period, no penalty, and no hidden fee — and your data is always yours to take with you.

How cancelling works

  1. Go to Settings → Subscription.
  2. Click Cancel Subscription.
  3. Confirm in the secure Stripe portal that opens.

That's it. You won't be charged again, and you keep access for the time you've already paid for.

What happens depends on your billing cycle

  • Monthly plans — cancelling stops future charges. You keep access until the end of your current month.
  • Annual plans — cancelling turns off auto-renewal. Your plan keeps working through the full term you already paid for, and it simply won't renew.

In both cases there's no cancellation notice window and no early-termination fee.

Before you go: take your data

Your data belongs to you. From Settings → Subscription → Export my data, you can download a copy of your reviews, posts, locations, and more. See How to export my data.

Switching instead of cancelling?

If a different plan would suit you better, you can upgrade or downgrade yourself instead — see Plans & Billing.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a cancellation fee? No. There are no penalties or notice periods.

Will I get a refund for unused time on an annual plan? It depends on timing. Within 30 days of your first annual charge, the money-back window in our Refund Policy applies — that first charge is refunded in full, and the refund also ends the subscription. After that window (and for any renewal charge), cancelling turns off auto-renewal: your plan keeps working through the term you paid for and then stops — the prepaid term isn't refunded. You're never charged again after you cancel.

What happens to my account after I cancel? Your subscription ends and your account moves to a cancelled state. Export your data first if you want a copy. Contact support if you'd like to reactivate later.

How do I just update my card instead? Open Settings → Subscription and use the link to the Stripe customer portal. See Plans & Billing.
