Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions to the SocialBizHub service and to one-time purchases (such as AI credit top-ups) billed through Stripe by CLIMB IT Solutions, Inc..
1. Money-back window (first charge only)
The money-back window applies to the first charge of a new subscription only. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your first monthly charge, or 30 days of your first annual charge, to request a full refund of that charge.
A refund under this window also ends your subscription and your access to the service — a refund unwinds the purchase; it doesn't keep the service running for free.
Renewal charges aren't covered by this window. If you don't want to be billed again, cancel your subscription — see Section 2.
Prorated charges from switching plans (upgrading or downgrading) aren't first charges and aren't covered by this window either.
2. Cancelling vs. refunding
Outside the money-back window above, cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not refund time you've already paid for:
- Monthly plans — you keep access through the end of the current billing month; you won't be charged again.
- Annual plans — cancelling turns off auto-renewal; your plan keeps working through the full term you already paid for, and the prepaid term isn't refunded.

3. Founding Member rate subscriptions
Subscriptions billed at a "Founding Member" rate follow this same Refund Policy — the first-charge money-back window in Section 1 and the cancellation terms in Section 2 apply the same way. Founding subscriptions are charged immediately and don't include a free trial; the first-charge window takes the place of a trial. A Founding Member rate is a locked recurring price, not a one-time lifetime purchase.
4. One-time purchases and add-ons
AI credit top-ups are refundable within 14 days of purchase if the credits are unspent. Refunding a top-up removes those credits from your account.
Recurring add-on charges follow the same rules as subscription charges above.
5. How to request a refund
Email support [at] socialbizhub.com from the email address on your account and let us know which charge you'd like refunded. We respond to refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
6. Before you dispute a charge
If you see a charge you don't recognize or don't agree with, please contact us first — most billing questions can be resolved faster that way than through a card-issuer chargeback.
