Your data is always yours. You can download a copy of your account data anytime — no need to ask, and no need to be leaving.
Export your data
- Go to Settings → Subscription and click Export my data (or open the Export your data page directly from your account).
- Click Request export. We start preparing your file in the background.
- When it's ready, we'll email you — and the page shows a Download ZIP button. Click it to download your data.
Large accounts can take a little while to prepare. The page doesn't refresh on its own, so reload it after a minute to check progress.
What's in the export
You get a single ZIP file containing a separate CSV for each part of your
account, plus a manifest.json that lists what's inside. The export includes your:
- Reviews and replies
- Social posts
- Locations
- Website speed audits
- Website uptime checks
- Integration connections (which platforms are connected)
- Websites and their settings
- Comment automations
- AI credit history
CSV files open in Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers, or any spreadsheet app.
What's not included (for your security)
To keep your account safe, exports never include passwords, API keys, login tokens, the behind-the-scenes connection secrets for your integrations, or any other business's data. You're only ever able to export your own account data.
Who can export
Data export is available on any active subscription or trial. If your subscription has ended, resubscribe or contact support and we'll help you get your data.
Frequently asked questions
How long is my download available? Each export is available for a limited time after it's built. If your link has expired, just request a fresh export.
Can I request a new export later? Yes — request a new one anytime. Use Rebuild export to generate an up-to-date copy.
Is the download secure? Yes. Your export is only accessible to you while you're signed in, and download links are short-lived.
