Founding Member Terms

Updated Jul 5, 2026

Founding Member is an invite-only rate for early SocialBizHub customers. Here's exactly what it means, in plain language.

The rate

  • $19/mo, or $190/yr — your choice of billing cycle.
  • You get the full Growth plan suite (all of it — reviews, AI replies, Content Studio, widgets, analytics, review requests) at this rate.
  • Your card is charged immediately when you join — there's no free trial on the Founding rate.

No trial — but a money-back window

Because there's no free trial, the standard money-back window in our Refund Policy is the safety net instead: your first charge is fully refundable within 14 days (monthly billing) or 30 days (annual billing).

One thing to know: a refund under that window also ends the subscription — and with it the founding rate lock, since the lock requires a continuously active subscription (see below). It's a way out, not a way to hold the rate.

What "locked for life" means

Your $19/mo (or $190/yr) rate is locked for as long as your subscription stays continuously active. It does not increase if Growth's list price changes, and it isn't a limited-time introductory rate.

The rate lapses if you cancel and later re-subscribe. If you cancel your Founding subscription, you give up the founding rate — rejoining later means signing up at whatever the current public rate is at that time. "Locked for life" describes an uninterrupted subscription, not a rate you keep regardless of what you do.

What it applies to

The founding rate applies to your plan subscription only. It does not extend to future add-ons — for example, extra locations or extra connected accounts beyond what the plan includes are priced separately at the then-current add-on rate, whenever those are purchased.

Switching plans

If you switch away from the Founding plan to another plan (via the billing portal), you give up the founding rate — this is the same as cancelling for the purposes of the rate lock. You'd need to be re-invited to founding pricing to get it back; there's no automatic reinstatement.
