Frequently asked questions
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancelling is self-serve and takes one click — no notice period, no penalty, no hidden fee. Monthly plans stop at the end of the current month; annual plans turn off auto-renewal and keep working through the term you already paid for.
- Do you lock me into a contract?
- No. Plans are month-to-month by default. An annual option is available if you'd like to save about two months — but it's never required, and there's no long-term commitment.
- Can I export my data?
- Always. Your data is yours. From your account you can request a one-click export of your reviews, social posts, locations, site reports, and more as CSV files in a single download.
- Is pricing per location or per account?
- Per account — one flat plan covers your business, with a generous number of connected social accounts included. (Most platforms charge per location, which adds up fast.)
