Every location has a public reviews page at:
https://socialbizhub.com/reviews/{your-location-slug}
Visitors can browse approved reviews, filter by source, and search by keyword. Your review widget's See all reviews button opens this page.
What's on the page
- Hero — your business name, overall star rating, and review count.
- CTAs — Leave a review (your capture flow) and Review us on Google (when Google is connected).
- Review list — all approved reviews (every star level), newest first.
- Filters — narrow by source (Google, Yelp, and so on) or search review text.
Who can see it
The page is public — no login required. Only approved reviews appear. Hipcamp summary rows are excluded (they are not individual guest testimonials).
Branding
On plans that include SocialBizHub branding, a short lead bar and footer CTA may appear on the public page. Paid plans with branding removed show your reviews without SocialBizHub promotion.
How to find your link
- Open Widgets in the sidebar.
- Copy your embed snippet and look for the gallery URL in the widget's See all reviews button, or
- Use the pattern
/reviews/{slug}where{slug}matches your location's public review link (/l/{slug}uses the same slug).
Frequently asked questions
Can I customize the page design? Not in v1 — the page uses SocialBizHub's standard layout so it stays fast and accessible. Your logo appears when you've uploaded one for the location.
Why don't I see every review from Google on this page? Only reviews collected and approved in SocialBizHub appear. Synced platform reviews must be approved (4–5★ reviews auto-approve) before they show on the page or in widgets.
Does this replace my review landing page (/l/{slug})?
No. The landing page is where customers leave a review. The public reviews
page is where visitors read approved reviews.
