Your Media Kit (one live link for partners and brands)

Updated Jul 6, 2026

Your Media Kit is a single shareable page that pitches your business or brand to potential partners — tourism boards, gear brands, event organizers, or sponsors. Unlike a PDF you'd have to rebuild every month, your kit is live: the numbers on it update themselves from your connected accounts.

The Media Kit is available on the Growth and Pro plans.

Open your Media Kit

In the sidebar, under Content, click Media Kit. If you manage more than one location, pick the location first in the sidebar location switcher — each location gets its own kit and its own link.

What's on the kit

Live stats — nothing to type, nothing to go stale. The kit pulls from what you've already connected:

  • Total following across your connected social accounts, with growth
  • Engagement rate for the last 30 days — the number brands look at first
  • A per-platform breakdown of your following
  • Audience demographics (age, gender, top locations) from Instagram or YouTube, when connected
  • Your review rating and count from approved reviews
  • Website traffic from Google Analytics, if connected
  • Your top content — your three best posts by engagement, picked automatically (pin a favorite to keep it on the kit)

Every stat has a checkbox in the editor — untick anything you'd rather not show. Sections without data simply don't appear; the kit never shows an empty zero.

Your story — the parts only you can write:

  • Bio and niche tags — or click Draft with AI and we'll write a starting bio in your Brand Voice, free
  • Brand collaborations — past partnerships with a headline result ("212K views")
  • A partner testimonial and your best customer quotes (picked from your approved Google reviews)
  • Partnership packages — an optional rate card. Listing rates speeds up small deals; leave it hidden to price per campaign. It's off unless you turn it on.
  • About the business — capacity, seasons, audience (labels match your business type)
  • Contact — your partnerships email and an optional response promise

Preview, publish, share

Click Preview before publishing any time — only you can see the preview. When you're happy, click Publish media kit. You get an unguessable link (like socialbizhub.com/kit/…) to send in any pitch email or DM.

  • Take offline hides the page instantly; your link comes back unchanged if you publish again.
  • Print / Save as PDF gives you a letter-format one-pager for email attachments, with a "stats as of" date and your live link in the footer.
  • Kit performance in the editor shows how many times your published kit has been viewed.

FAQs

Who can see my media kit? Only people you send the link to. The page doesn't exist publicly until you publish, the link can't be guessed, and taking it offline works instantly.

Do my stats update automatically? Yes — that's the point. Followers, engagement, rating, and top content refresh from your connected accounts. The print version notes the "stats as of" date.

Why is a section missing from my kit? Either it has no data yet (connect the account and it appears), or you've unticked it in the editor. Audience demographics also need a connected Instagram (100+ followers) or YouTube account.

Should I include my rates? It's your call, and there's no wrong answer: listed rates filter out mismatched budgets and speed up small deals, while hiding them lets you price each campaign by scope. The rate card is hidden unless you switch it on.
